Anatolian Renovations began in 2016 as a bathroom and kitchen renovation business, with a simple belief: quality should be accessible.
When we entered the renovation industry, we understood how expensive a renovation could be for a homeowner. From the very beginning, we kept asking ourselves:
How can we deliver better quality while making it more affordable for our customers?
That question has remained at the heart of everything we do.
During one of our kitchen renovation projects, a customer wanted a granite sink. They purchased one themselves and, after seeing the price, told us:
"I paid so much for this. I didn't realise it would cost this much."
That stayed with us. We felt disappointed that a quality product could place such a financial burden on our customer. We started asking ourselves why we couldn't provide the same quality at a better price.
So we began researching. After searching the market, we found granite sinks that offered the quality we were looking for at a much more affordable price. We decided to take a chance and import our first products on a trial basis.
There was just one problem: we had nowhere to store them. A friend we worked with in the kitchen industry offered us some space in their warehouse. It was only a temporary solution, but it gave us the opportunity to take our first steps into product supply.
We began supplying affordable sinks to our renovation customers. Then our customers started asking for more.
What came next was not the result of a big business plan. It happened because we listened. Our customers told us what they wanted. They asked for different products, more choices and better value. We listened, researched, found reliable suppliers and gradually expanded our range.
In 2023, we imported our first range of sinks under our own business. But we soon realised that if we wanted to provide a better service, we needed to offer more than sinks. Over time, the business grew beyond renovation services and sink supply.
As more customers came to know and trust us, they began asking for more products to be available in our showroom. But there was a challenge: we simply didn't have enough space.
Limited warehouse capacity became one of the biggest obstacles standing between us and our goal of offering a wider range of quality products at affordable prices.
In 2025, we took another important step and rented a medium-sized warehouse with the goal of creating our own showroom. We couldn't build everything at once. Financial challenges meant we had to take things slowly, improving the space step by step while continuing to grow the business.
At the same time, we launched our online store, giving customers across Australia easier access to our products. It was not an easy journey. But we kept moving forward.
Today, Anatolian Renovations has grown to offer more than 4,500 products, while we continue to work with reliable suppliers and search every day for better products and better value for our customers.
But although the business has grown, our original philosophy has never changed. We still believe that customers should not have to choose between quality and affordability. And we still believe the best way to build a business is to listen to the people we serve.
Our philosophy is simple, and it will not change:
We didn't build our product range first and then ask our customers what they wanted. We listened to our customers first — and built the business around what they needed.
We started this journey with our customers, and we will continue growing with them — together, as a family.
